Copay, coinsurance, and deductibles are expected at time of service.

In some cases, insurance companies may try to direct you to their preferred imaging provider. As the patient, you have the right to choose if you would like your study performed with us.

My insurance preauthorization states Larchmont Medical Imaging, does impact what center I can go to?

The name or NPI number used on your insurance preauthorization doesn’t affect what centers you can schedule at. All 16 of our locations are accessible to you regardless of the name or NPI number listed.

Do you provide cost estimates for your studies?

The cost of your imaging study is based on several factors, including your insurance plan and how close you are to meeting your annual deductible. South Jersey Radiology Associates (SJRA) provides access to high-quality imaging services, typically only offered at hospitals, at costs up to 60% less.

If you want a cost estimate for your imaging study, please call (888) 909-7572.
