Innovative Technology & Equipment

A 1.5T Wide-Bore MRI with fast scan technology offers a more comfortable experience for patients while providing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. The “1.5T” refers to the strength of the magnetic field, which is excellent for diagnosing a wide range of conditions, from brain and spinal cord issues to joint injuries and internal organ problems. The wider bore (opening) of the machine gives you up to 20% more space, making it easier to stay relaxed during the scan, especially if you are anxious about tight spaces.

Our 1.5T Wide-Bore MRI is equipped with fast scan technology, significantly reducing the time you need to spend in the machine by up to 50%. Shorter scan times mean you can get through the study more quickly and comfortably, while still providing unparalleled imaging detail.

A 16-Slice CT scanner is a widely used and reliable imaging technique for capturing high-quality views of the body. This technology captures multiple images (slices) simultaneously, delivering detailed images in a short amount of time. The “gold standard” in CT imaging equipment helps assess conditions such as bone fractures, lung disease, and abdominal pain.

3D mammography, also known as digital breast tomosynthesis, offers a more advanced and detailed way to look at breast tissue compared to traditional 2D mammograms. By taking multiple images of the breast from different angles, 3D mammography creates a comprehensive 3D picture, allowing our radiologists to examine breast tissue layer by layer. This clearer view helps in detecting breast cancer earlier and more accurately, especially in women with dense breast tissue.

Ultrasound imaging, or sonography, uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of structures within the body. This technique is commonly used for monitoring fetal development during pregnancy, examining abdominal and pelvic organs, and assessing blood flow through vessels. Ultrasound is safe, non-invasive, and does not use ionizing radiation. It’s also helpful in guiding minimally invasive procedures, such as needle biopsies, and in diagnosing conditions related to the heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs

Angiography uses special dye in combination with another technique (MRI, CT, or X-ray) to visualize blood vessels and other parts of the vascular system. The images produced allow our radiologists to see the blood flow through your arteries and veins to identify signs of blockages, aneurysms, coronary artery disease, and other abnormalities.

Arthrography combines X-ray, CT imaging, or MRI imaging with a special dye to provide clear, precise images of your joints, ligaments, cartilage, and surrounding soft tissues. An arthrogram is commonly recommended by specialists in orthopedics, sports medicine, and rheumatology to assess symptoms such as persistent inflammation or limited mobility.

Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry, or DEXA, uses low-dose X-rays to provide detailed images of your bones, usually the spine, hip, and wrist. This scan measures your bone mineral density and assesses your risk for osteoporosis or fractures. Early detection of low bone density allows for you and your doctor to manage any future risk by making lifestyle changes and starting proactive treatment plans..

A breast MRI uses advanced computer technology, magnetic fields, and radio waves to produce detailed images of the breast’s soft tissue. Unlike other breast imaging techniques such as mammography or breast ultrasound, breast MRIs capture deeper insights, making them an ideal diagnostic or additional screening option for women with high risk factors for breast cancer.

A breast ultrasound may be recommended by your doctor to evaluate areas of concerns found on a screening mammogram requiring further examination. Digital X-ray technology captures images of the inside of the body using digital sensors instead of traditional photographic film. This method provides clearer images with less radiation exposure, making it safer for you. Digital X-rays are commonly used to detect fractures, infections, and abnormalities in bones and soft tissues. They are also commonly used for chest examinations, and detecting conditions like arthritis and osteoporosis. The quick processing time of digital X-rays allows for fast review by our radiologists to confirm a diagnosis by your doctor.

A low-dose CT lung screening is an advanced imaging technique that uses a lower amount of radiation compared to a standard CT, making it ideal for routine lung screenings and monitoring.
