Most health insurance providers permit South Jersey Radiology to obtain the pre-authorization for patients referred to our practice.
We will contact the applicable Radiology Benefits Management Program (RBM) for the patient’s insurance carrier. To create a pre-authorization request, please fax the following information:
- Exam Order
- Clinical History
- Patient Demographics
- Insurance
We are unable to obtain pre-authorization for URGENT/STAT requests, no-fault (MVA), Workers Compensation, and/or non-particpating health insurance carriers.
