Our team will follow-up with you to confirm the details of your request within 3 days or sooner. You must give at least 48 hours notice for our team to prepare physical copies of your image and/or report.

South Jersey Radiology Associates (SJRA) and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey have reached an agreement. SJRA will rejoin the Horizon network on January 1st, 2025.
