• Employees will receive a $2,500 bonus if they refer an applicant that is hired into a full or part-time (greater than) 20 hours Technologist (any modality)
• Employees will receive a $1,500 bonus if they refer an applicant that is hired into a Per Diem or Part-time (less than) 20 hours Technologist or RN position
• Employees will receive a $750 bonus for all other positions
